My room was extremely spacious and beautiful thanks to the amazingly kind staff. There were central heating, a personal safe, and a flat-screen TV in the room, loved that. The bed was very comfy, I slept like a baby.

It was really good time in Cincinnati. I enjoyed the hotel, its well-appointed and reasonably large room and helpful staff.

The hotel was in a favourable location, easy to get into downtown. Plus, it was close enough to many great restaurants and both the zoo and stores. We stayed in a suite and liked a good-sized bathroom. We got bathtubs too.

There was a little hard bed in my room.

The room was well-appointed and clean, good facilities. The location was great and awesome for Cincinnati, near to both the zoo and the aquarium and Very close to stores and very good restaurants. Plus, Snc Norwood was within a close distance from the hotel.

The location of the hotel is great, with plenty of food options, shopping, and easy access to the highway. The lobby is clean and welcoming, and the check-in process is quick. The room itself is spacious and has a stocked kitchenette, which is a nice advantage. The hotel also offers free parking for shoppers, which is a bonus.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was not up to par, and some guests had to purchase items to clean it themselves. The hotel charges for parking, which can be an unexpected expense.

Stunningly beautiful hotel in a nice enough area near Very close to stores, and restaurants, safe area, family friendly. Large room, perfect place for celebrating birthday. Good facilities there.

Spacious rooms with full kitchen and work area. Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the pool and laundry facilities. Felt like a home away from home.
